Exercise in Bed…

Sleepy mood does not allow you to get out of the bed for regular jog or morning walk, but exercise is important for healthy body. What say about performing exercises in bed- an easy and smart way to keep fit! Know about those alternates workout you have been waiting for. The best thing is that you can exercise in bed at your preferred time, whether it is 6am or 9pm. Moreover, if some scary dream steals your cozy nap in the middle of night, these exercises can be quite reposing at times.
 
Bed exercises incorporate Yoga, Pilates, Stretching and some of karate movements. Taken as one of the easiest exercise programs, these healthy physical movements can be performed by anybody. Even therapists are recommending it to patients with mobility disorder disease such as Arthritis and Fibromyalgia.

Bed exercises are divided into several parts, which are respectively known as ‘Physical’ and ‘Facial Exercise’. Check out the list for the best-
 
Physical Exercise
Exercise
Based on aerobic actions, these exercises comprise general warm-ups and limb exercises. Recommended as daily exercise these should be performed just after throwing your blanket back.
 
* ‘General warm-up’ includes buttock and back exercises. These are quite beneficial in terms of backache and lower body pain. A regular practice of such workouts also hits on joint stiffness. Buttock warm-ups are trusted as beautifying agent for thighs.
* ‘Limb Exercise’ includes stretching and some Yoga Asanas. These depend on sideward and forward 
physical elevations and shoulder rotations. Hip-knee flexion- extension and internal- external rotation of limbs strengthen limbs and makes them attractive.
 
Facial Exercise
Tone up your facial muscles just before getting lost in dreams! Toning incorporates facial stretching. Some easy stretching steps are following-

* First raise your eyebrow to maximum extent then bring it back to normal. This is good for forehead.
Exercise

* Frowning and wrinkling nose might be a funny activity for you but this is very good toner.
  Perform it in bed, when no one is there to give you extra comments.
* Remind yourself about the last clown show and exaggerate your face like him.  Surely, you are titivating your face.
 
* Pucker up your mouth and pass kisses to yourself, these are good for fine shape of lips.

These exercises are not only good for physical fitness and facial attractiveness but works as stress buster. Practice these for some minutes and you will find yourself quite relaxed.
